As our SmileMakers Inside Sales Coordinator serve as key administrative support for the SmileMakers Sales team and will also assist the Business Development team working with assigned customers.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
1. Update Customer Information in Computer System:
2. Lead Generation (Including Kudzu Ink):
3. Business Development Associate Team Accounts:
4. Complete tasks assigned activities and customer maintenance in GHX portal
5. Send periodic daily Zoom Call Reports to entire Sales Department
6. Responsible to manage and maintain all required department reports
7. Update information in Kronos to assist Sales Manager; and assist Sales Department and Business Development Team by entering orders and orders from Lead Generation Customers.
8. Assist the Manager of New Business Develop and Sales with various projects.
9. Abide by all policies and procedures of Oriental Trading Company
10. Maintain regular and predictable attendance
1. Performs other related duties and projects as assigned
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Associates Degree in Business, Marketing, related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum three years experience in SmileMakers and/or five years experience within a comparable business setting
