**Full-Time Only**  As our Seasonal Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers through phone calls, email, and chat with efficiency and professionalism, ensuring outstanding service and satisfaction, helping to Make Life More Fun every day!  Wages start $14.75 per hour for this seasonal, full-time, on-site position. 

On-site training in Omaha, NE is required for three weeks, Monday-Friday 9:30am-6pm starting October 27th.

What you’ll do:

• Handle customer inquiries and orders through chat, email, telephone, mail, and fax in a professional manner
• Provide technical and shopping assistance to customers
• Work on special projects such as outbound customer surveys and calls
• Deliver personalized customer service, maintain confidentiality of customer information, and meet departmental production standards

• Work independently and as part of a team to build on our culture of fun!

What you need to join the fun:

• Sound knowledge of telephone etiquette
• Proficiency using computers and familiarity with chat and messaging platforms
• Good reading, listening, and interpersonal communications skills 
• Ability to multitask effectively and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously
• Ability to read and navigate through numerous computer windows in an efficient manner while speaking with customers
• Maintain professional and friendly tone when communicating with customers
• Excellent written communication skills with a strong aptitude of grammar and spelling
